Softball releases 2011 fall schedule

Shorter's softball program has announced the release of its fall preseason schedule. The Lady Hawks will compete in multiple matchups during the month of October with home games taking place at Alto Park:

Saturday, Oct. 1 (Games played in Birmingham, Ala.)
11 am: @ Samford
1 pm: vs. Faulkner State
6 pm: @ Samford

Sunday, Oct. 9 (Games played at Frost Stadium in Chattanooga, Tenn.)
10 am: vs. Middle Tennessee State
2 pm: vs. Chattanooga State
4 pm: @ Tennessee-Chattanooga

Saturday, Oct. 15 (Games played at Alto Park Softball Complex)
11 am: vs. Gadsden State
2 pm: vs. Middle Georgia
4 pm: vs. Georgia Peaches

6:30pm: Family Day Dinner in Picnic Pavilion at Alto Park
