College Career: Fifth-year senior Megan Queen has
averaged 6.1 points and 5.5 rebounds per game since arriving at
Shorter as a freshman prior to the 2007-08 season... Queen, a
2010-11 SSAC All-Academic selection, has played in 90 games with
the Lady Hawks and has scored 550 career points... Last season,
Queen returned from foot surgery that sidelined her for all but
five games of the 2009-10 campaign and averaged 5.7 points and 4.7
rebounds while shooting 51 percent from the field... Posted a
double-double of 11 points and 13 rebounds against Berry... Ranked
20th in the NAIA in blocks per game (1.6)... Queen had her best
statistical season as a sophomore in 2008-09 when she averaged 7.3
points and 6.3 rebounds with the help of two double-doubles... Was
named to the SSAC All-Freshman team in 2007-08 with averages of 5.8
points and 5.9 rebounds... Queen’s career highs in points (20
vs. Tennessee Temple), rebounds (14 vs. Brenau) and blocks (8 vs.
Emmanuel) came during her freshman season.

Queen and Larry and Angie Callahan... Has one brother, Hunter Queen
(17) and one sister, Heather Callahan (14)... Majoring in Early
