 Shorter to host 2009 SSAC Men's Basketball Tournament Rome, Ga. - After a 19-win season and a postseason victory over Berry College to advance to the SSAC semifinals, the Southern States Athletic Conference has named Shorter College as host and the Winthrop-King Centre as the site for the 2009 SSAC Men's Basketball Tournament.
