Gregory Horton (Men's Basketball)

Former Hawk basketball standout Gregory Horton graduated in 1978 and is Shorter’s second all-time leading scorer with 1,503 points. A three-time All-Conference selection, Horton led Shorter in scoring and rebounding in 1975 and 1976 and averaged over 21 points and 10 rebounds a game in his final season with the Hawks. Horton’s 12.9
rebounds per game average in 1975 ranks as one of the best single-season rebounding averages in program history.
